The night before
No one knows what causes the side effects of the AstraZeneca vaccine. However, the estradiol/histamine theory may be a plausible explanation or at least a workable hypothesis.
The unfortunate death occurred in at least six women within two weeks of vaccination, with most of them being younger than 55 years old.
Histamine has been shown to stimulate the synthesis of endogenous estradiol via H1R( histamine receptor). The H1-receptor drives cellular migration, nociception, vasodilatation, and bronchoconstriction. On the other hand, estradiol and estrogen status are well-known determinants of thrombotic risk in women. One percent of the population has histamine intolerance. AstraZeneca/COVISHIELD Vaccine is the only vaccine listed as a non-medical ingredient L-Histidine that is a Histamine precursor. Different mechanisms have been proposed as causing histamine intolerance. Increased availability of Histamine and impaired Histamine degradation, but the excess of histamine may upregulate the estradiol and vice versa. Increased exogenous ingestion of Histidine or Histamine in food or alcohol can play against you.
Headache can be induced dose-dependently by Histamine in healthy persons as well as in patients with migraines. Histamine-induced headache is a vascular headache caused mainly by nitrate monoxide. To be on the safer side, avoid consumption of histamine-rich food before and immediately after the vaccination.
Here is the high histamine food you may skip the night before your vaccine
Cheese : Gouda, Camambert, Parmezan, Cheddar, Emmental and Swiss
Alcohol: Wine, champagne, beer,
Meat: Fermented sausage, salami
Vegetables: Sauercrat, kimchi, eggplants, spinach,
Fish: Sardines, tuna, mackerel, herring
Sardine and champagne are the absolute worst when it comes to the level of Histamine per kg.
Fruits that may facilitate histamine release
Drugs that may interfere with histamine metabolism
